DRAFT 1: SUBMIT A PDF OF YOUR HALF BOOK (plus 2 JPEG covers–front & back) HERE IN I-LEARN
(Includes Covers, Title Page, Professional Page, and at least 4 Two-page Spreads)
Follow the Walmart Photobook instructions to create your first 11 pages in InDesign. Save your .indd file for future editing. Then follow the instructions to export a proof PDF (smallest file size). You may design your cover in Photoshop or InDesign as a separate jpeg. Submit a PDF with your photobook content pages as a Spread, and a separate PDF or JPEG for your covers here in I-Learn. Remember that you must create one single PDF with all the pages required: Covers, Title Page, Professional Page, and at least 4 Two-page Spreads.
Next week you will need to print two separate color printed book pages (not spreads). One of the pages should have body copy, so you can check the size. Be sure to print these pages on the same paper and location where you plan to print your final book. Next week you will bring this to class for critique and to your office critique session with your instructor.
